One of my lead members noticed a small problem in the update of one of my site. it was updated sunday from ver.2.0.13.1 to ver. 2.2.3. and in this the sqmail will not alow the members to access their mail with out having admin powers.

when you go to retreave your mail the mod will take you to the admin panal and display this

but this is only if you hace admin access.

otherwise it tells you ( you dont have access to this section )


any ideas on how to fix this problem?

First thing that comes in my mind is:

Have you adjust the appropriate permissions to the blocks access?

Or?

Is it verified that this module work with 2.2.x versions?

I am new to Xoops, but am having the same problem that Northern is having, and cannot find a way to get around it.

Anybody have any suggestions?

After and upgrade to a newer version of PHP, I couldn't even view emails after that, and this problem never got solved, I switched over to Tropical mail for XOOP, and like it much better, although you have to log in every time (might be a setting for this, just installed it, still playing with it). Anyhow, it works.
