Hi Everyone,
I'm currently using Joomla for my main site however I want to offer free homepages or blogs to users.

Is it possible to do so in Xoops.

Ya I already saw that.

I just want to know how to go about setting up a site like blogger.com

On the other hand, instead of blogs is it possible for me to offer my members a free website?
like http://www.xxx.com/member

Not as extensive as that but basic features
