I just upgraded my site to 2.0.13.1. The custom HTML blocks are now messed up. One of them shows up when you view the groups, and lets you give access to it. However, it doesn't show up in the blocks list to modify it. Also, that "Ghost" block, as well as 3 other blocks, show up on the site, but appear to be empty, missing their HTML content. I switched back to the default XOOPS theme to see if it was a theme issue, and it still behaves the same way. So it's not my theme. Is it the database?

I was orignally on 2.0.7, and used each of the incremental patches to get to 2.0.13.1. I want to go on up to 2.2.3, but would like to get things fixed before I mess things up even more.

ReUpload the 2.0.13.1 patch then update the system module. Clear templates_c and then post back what happened.
