At LansingSportsRage.com we do play-by-play of local high school sports games and we also record our live weekly radio/webcast.

The hour long show is normally about 12meg, while the football games are normally between 24 and 36meg.

I was going to use downloads, smartdownloads, debaser or pd-downloads so I could track how many times are broadcasts were getting downloaded or listened to, but i'm having trouble getting the games uploaded.

Any ideas ?

Use FTP for upload with large files and use the modules only for downloads.

PHP just isn´t made for bigger uploads and therefore will always be a bad choice independent of which module you are using. End of story.

I hear that.. but how do I get the download module to recoginize the file which was uploaded outside of using the module ?

In WF-Downloads you can add a file and just enter the url to the file.
(same applies for the pd-downloads fork of WF-Downloads)

For the other modules ... i don´t know.
