looking for help redesigning my site

I have http://www.theyoungturks.com with xoops, and I need a professional to redesign it and make it look cool. Anybody have any suggestions on how I can find somebody who knows XOOPS and would like to take on this project? Thanks. producer@youngturk.com. I hope it's ok to seek services in exchange for payment on this open source site. If not, let me know and I'll erase this post.
