Problem accessing administration area after upgrade from 2.0.13.2 to 2.2.3

Since: 2003/3/31

I've just upgraded to the 2.2.3 version, but cannot acces the administration area.

I get the following message:
"Element 'menu1' does not exist in this document. AdMenu cannot be initialized."

After clicking ok I get an empty page.

Please help.
