I'm confused about the Blocks Administration page -

When it says at the top of the page "Show blocks visible in" [Page} by [Group] - This is just a selection of what blocks are in the list, correct?

At first I thought it was allowing me to *SET* what was visible by a particular group. In other words if I selected "Webmasters" in the group list and then turned Visible off for a particular block that it was ONLY turning it off for that Group. I kept going round and round.

Now I realize that the only place to set the visibility of a module for a particular group is from that Groups page. Correct?

For modules you are correct, you must set permissions in the Groups page.

Blocks permission will also be configurable from the Groups page.

Choosing from the Blocks page the blocks showed for registered users will then allow you to specify the order they will appear on the page.
