hi, i am having this every freaken annoying problem. Take a look.http://stephen.nexlinks.net/modules/newbb/. As you can see the main option menu is opened. How do i close and make it look like 1 on this site?

Just paste that code between <head> and </head>, usually best just before </head> in your theme.html.

Theme.html of the current theme you are using for your site.

It will be located in a folder named for your theme in the themes directory.
