Table xoops_digmod_engine missing. Table xoops_digmod_excludes missing. Table xoops_digmod_keywords missing. Table xoops_digmod_sites missing. Table xoops_digmod_spider missing. Table xoops_digmod_tempspider missing. Table xoops_digmod_logs missing.

I would say that your module has no tables in the database. Where did you receive these errors, and was it actually installed? What version of xoops? MySQL?

hmm XOOPS 2.0.13 i think and mysql.
Erm will it's installed blocks and said it installed successfully when i installed it from modules.
Its also listed in the main menu but when i click on the link in the menu or when i click on the module it get that error.

Are the tables in the database? If not check the SQL file in the modules directory, see if the tables are listed there for insertion. If so, then rerun the SQL from PHPmyadmin or similar tool.
