I'm still very new to XOOPS and haven't yet figured out many of its powerful features.

I am wondering if the following is possible:

When a registered member submits an article which is to be moderated, the moderator can post comments back, suggesting changes/edits etc and the submitter can reply.
Though only that specific submitter (as well as the moderator group) can actually see the comments.

Basically, it's like the submitter gets feedback that only s/he can see, and not other registered member until the article is ready for publishing
