Hi there,

Been using XOOPS a while, all in all a superb package. One problem though - using WF-Section, when submitting article text, it's displayed with apostrophes, double quotes and dashes replaced by question marks! That is,

' to ?
" to ?
- to ?

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
