I have tried to install xoops, between 2.0 - 2.3, and it seems that I keep getting the same issue over and over again. Either I am able to set everything up correctly, go to the login screen, login in and there is nothing there visible but the title bar or I am able to set everything up correctly, and I am presented with a white screen when I click on the "view my site" link. I worked this issue for over 16 hours and am now willing to ask for help. I have uninstalled and re-installed so many times that it's not funny any more.

Right now I have 2.0.13.1 installed on the server and am seeing the latter of the two problems.

ok really odd. I reloaded the HTML folder and deleted the database. I went through the installation and it seems to be working just fine now.
