Wierd browser inconsistency problem

Hi,

I've got an install of 2.2.2 along with WF-Section 2.01. When in the admin section and trying to create a new article in WF-Section I get a page that is missing the theme template (all I get is module code), but only in IE. I've tested this in Firefox and Opera and they both don't display this problem.

Any ideas? Could this be javascript related?
