Can't access modules with 2.2.2

We'll... you know my problem in https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=42293&forum=1&post_id=185331

My users can't wait anymore, so I upgraded files to 2.2.2 and run xoopsupdate.php.

The problem is that anybody has permission to access any module. And I can't even access admin CP.

How can I set it well?

When I updated XOOPS in xoopsupdate.php, appeared this:

Unable to install System. Error(s):
- Could not add nameid field in configcategory table
- Could not add description field in configcategory table
- Could not add module id field in configcategory table
- Could not insert System to database.
