Hi,

I have just ftp'd the files to my webspace and when i go to my url i get the following error messages,

You can not access this XOOPS installer.

any ideas?

the version of XOOPS is: 2.0.13.1
on Apache
MySQL 4.1.12
I am unsure of the version of PHP

i should also mention that i HAD XOOPS running before but i removed the database, and deleted all the files.

I then untarred the gz file into my "public_html" directory

Is there something i have missed?
