Hi from Italy!

I have a question.

When a news module with image fileup incorporated???

The 1.4 news module is good but I use the 1.21 because have the hack to upload direct the images for the news.

For me this is a big bug in the News after 1.21 because this is for me a basilar function.

This is important because when I decide to publish a new news I want that she change for the content she have.

The category image is no good because I have always the same image for all the news of the same category.

The image filemanager of XOOPS isn't the good choice because I must to upload the images with it, I must to use it in the news editor and this don't be good for the layer because don't have autoresize and more...

What do you think about?

This is,
1. Auto embedding for images, media and zip files. (You can add MIME-type at fileup.ini.php)
2. Auto resize for thumbnail image.
3. Full compatible as original news v1.4

I have some problems with this module...

1. I can't to change category to the news I have published.

2. When I try to modify the category title I receive this message: INVALID SESSION and the category don't change.

Do you mean XOOPS Version 1.3.10 or XOOPS Version 2.0.13.1? If you mean XOOPS Version 1.3.10, I don't believe the module you are trying to use is going to work. I'm pretty sure it's only designed for XOOPS 2.x.

Sorry but I need to know, is this hack a hack of news 1.44 and if not will it work with it (News 1.44) on XOOPS 2.2.3F. I really need to have the picture in article facility but as far as I have seen there is no instruction file etc. and I am loath to put this on a live site without your comments.
