Problem with user registration

Hi all i'm new in this Forum
I just install XOOPS 2.2 and i have a problem with "Register now". The anonymuos user cannot register because the app said that this area is not allowed.....well where is the permission problem??? :-$

Have you made sure that you have the correct option in:

Preferences/extended profiles/general settings

Make sure that you allow user registration

That's right the parameter "permit new registration" it was set on yes...but still doesn't work athor idea?
