Oppss.. I mean let say i choose chinese then click news.. in newspage.. it did change to Chinese.. but other block like forum and etc.. still shown in English. Same as if i choose chinese language in main page.. the block in main page also didnt change.

I am using XOOPS 2.0.13.1

I have done:
1. change the common.php,
2. add the language, base language and etc.
3. upload all the language to the modules..
4. make the language block visible

Did i miss out any step?
