There are more recent versions of both xcGal and XOOPS. There are numerous security updates that have occurred since XOOPS 2.0.9.x, I would recommend upgrading to 2.0.13.1 as soon as possible. I'm sure numerous bugs have been addressed in
xcGal 2.0 as well. Once you've upgraded your XOOPS install, upgrade xcGal as well.
You will need to incrementally upgrade XOOPS.
Example:
2.0.9.2 => 2.0.10 => 2.0.12 => etc
