Hi all, I'm looking for a gallery modules that only show the images stored in folders, without any database action: I need to upload up to 500 photos in one time and it takes too much time upload the files one by one. It would be great if someone (sadly I'm very poor in php scripting) could write a module that simply read in a folder and show the content. Also without GD extensions for the thumbnailing, because there are many softwares that make the work well. Thanks

xcgallery will achieve all that you want here. Simply define a folder and upload your pics en masse via ftp. Then go into xcgallery admin and allocate each image in that folder to a category. Also look at Myalbum-p. It's simple to use also.
