Installed .. but nothing..

Ok, I tried 2.2.2 the other day.. I had nothing but NOTICE: messages that no matter what I tried.. I could get rid of. Last night I tried 2.2.3RC1 and while I have no NOTICE errors.. I have nothing at all but a frame: http://www.alteviltech.com/NewSite/ as far as I can tell all the permissions are right, the php.ini is setup as it should be and the install spewed out no errors.

Maybe I should give a 2.0x version a try...

Any other ideas on what to check first?
