What the diferent betwen XOOPS version 1.xx dan version 2.xx.

what XOOPS version i should use it?

The latest stable version is 2.0.13.1

The new version - 2.2.x - still has some problems to fix... although these are being sorted slowly.

You would be better to use 2.0.13.1 for now, and update later on to the next release, when it is sorted.
