hello,
try this :

in admin system
Blocks Administration
edit a block that's visible in newBB
you can see option : Visible in
and all modules are listed
un-select newbb's module
validate

return to newwBB, the block must have disappeared.
Do that with all the other blocks visible in newBB.

scuse my bad english...

As blueteen says, you need to edit each block with a global setting of 'visible' and select the pages on which it will appear.

To display a block only on the homepage, select the 'edit' link next to the block and change:

Visible In

Top Page
** All Pages **
wfsection
wiwimod
newbb
polls

to:

Visible In

** Top Page **
All Pages
wfsection
wiwimod
newbb
polls

To select specific pages, hold down the 'control' key to select multiple items in the list, e.g.

Visible In:

Top Page
All Pages
** wfsection **
wiwimod
newbb
** polls **

Hope this helps.

Blueteen ... I think he's trying to basically change the theme so he has no left hand column with the forum page.

Theres 2 ways of doing this (one answered in another posting yesterday...)

1 - in your theme look to see if there are no left blocks, and remove the section for the left hand block space... making that side invisible

2 - use a theme switcher, which swops to a left-block-removed version of the theme for the forum module.
