After reading and looking at different topics about XOOPS versions, I ask this question. The version that is stable is 2.0.13 correct? And version 2.2+ is well not stable enough with module support, etc, is this correct? So I assume for all intend and purpose is to stick to version 2.0.13 and wait for a stable release of 2.2+ with fully supported modules, etc?

Yes that is a good assesment. For the time being your better off with 2.0.13

I'm using 2.2.2 on three sites because of the features that it has. Depending on which modules you want to use, you can get away with 2.2.2.
