I have installed xccal and it works. However, it is only showing in maybe 16 colors.
Take a look Sk8photos.com any help would be greatly appreciated. Also it show the debug code too, is that normal?

What image library are you using. I haven't used Xcal in a while, but I also had this problem and it was due to using the GD licrary instead of GD2.

I'm using this module and had this problem. The problem was that it was using the GD1, as stated by brash. The solution was that I changed over to using Imagemagic. It works great.

Not sure for imagemagik, but to load GD2 all you have to do is remove the;

in your php.ini file, restart your webserver and you're done...

FYI I just had to go to my hosting info and enter the correct path to ImageMagick
