How do i remove unused menu headers?

Yet another noob question hehe

in the theme i installed theres a horizontal menubar at the top of the site.

Unlike the main menu it has buttons for forum, voting and other modules i dont have installed.. and wont install...

so how do i go about removing them??

i think i figured it out myself...

i gotta edit the theme.html file fo the theme in question....
