A module to make rank-determined groups

I run a 2,300+ member Xoops-run website, so no way can I be arsed to do it mannually - I want to install a section of the forum to be 50+ posts to view.

Something that differentiates members by number of posts, I can think of, is ranks, so I hope somebody would make somebody to make rank determine groups.
