xcGallery - How to Post Pic??

I can not figure out how to post pictures in xcGallery.

I am testing it right now, and I have made two galleries, but I do not see any link to actually post an image.

What do I click on?

There should be a link in the xcgal menu called "Upload picture". It's only visible when you are logged in and have the right to upload pics.

okay thanks.. I was logged in as the admin but, i still had to go set something in the control panel so that i could post.
