For some reason I can't seem to edit anything to do with blocks.

I can't enable a block, or apply any settings on the edit block page. I also can't add a new custom block.

I don't know whats going on, when i first installed it was working, I enabled some blocks, but now nothing works...

Actualy seems that i can't edit a great many things now, like trying to edit user details on my own account through the admin, press the submit button, no errors, but nothing i changed was applied.

also when i submit a new block, the page is blank. Any of the other edits goto the normal database updated screen then back to the blocks admin.
