Hi, we use XOOPS to build http://pinguin.stttelkom.ac.id site...we use indonesian translation for our site, and we found some people ask for our translated xoops.

I am planning to publish the indonesian translation to public, should we give our translated to XOOPS official site or just put it on our site and make people download the translated XOOPS from there?
