Allow users to edit form data?

I have tried out various form modules but none of that kind of feature I am looking for.

I will be running a competition which involves very long application forms that users will NOT want to fill out in one sitting. Is there a module that allows you them to SAVE their form data for editing later? And then only when they are finished they can Submit the data?
