Long story short, I'm trying to put together a customized form page so that I can operate an online football pool. Basically, I would need to be able to customize it each week to show each week's matchups, with check boxes next to each team so that a user can choose who they think will win each week. Once they're finished, I would like the results sent to my e-mail address. I would REALLY prefer the results to actually be exported to some sort of database or spreadsheet, but I think that might be wishful thinking.

From looking at the form modules available, it looked as if Liaise might work, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to properly install it (I'm using XOOPS 2.2.1 right now).

Is this the module I should use, or is there another module available that you would recommend? Thank you in advance for your help!

I am not sure as I haven't used it my self, yet I think you can use formulaire.

You can use it to create forms and have the email sent to you I think.
