I don't know if this has been answered or not I seareched and didn't see anything. Can I take a phpbb MySQL database and upload to XOOPS fourms? Don't know if it is even possiable.

Sure you can, Your site's users will need to re-register for the forum though, unless you're insanely clever and change the PHPBB code to use your existing users. If your site has no users then it doesn't really matter.

You'll need to make a custom link for it in the menu though, because it isn't a module. To find out how, search the forums for custom menu link.
