Just wondering if there is a patch to upgrade from 2.0.13.1 to the new 2.2.2? If so where can I find it?

To upgrade from 2.0.13.1 download the full 2.2.2 installation, remove the install folder and mainfile.php from the HTML directory. Upload the remaining contents of the HTML folder and then follow the instructions of update.html located in the docs folder.
