Double Installation of a module?

Is there any way to double install your favorite modules?

For example, I really find "Tiny Content" a very useful module, but you can only create one menu with it on your website with the same content in it. I would like to be able to create multiple content menus with diferent content links in it.

Maybe I am over looking some of the features on this module, but I don't currently see a way to do this.

Any suggestions?

There is a modified version called TinyD here:

but I never used it ...
