We had no submissals for the "Download XOOPS" area because we at the time of installation thought that it wouldn't be necessary.
However, with the rising number of translations, I guess it is not a viable solution to PM/email me with the location and having me create the download item.
Submissions for the Download XOOPS area is now open to all registered users (but of course, only core translations will be accepted
).
