I go into the website and each time i have to log in twice.

I was told that editing the mainfile.php and and fixing the url address would fix the problem, but that doesn't seem to have helped.

That normally works... you might try going to system--admin --and perform a rebuild of your system (click on System).

It may be that the system files (templates) have a problem.
