Removing Xoops Link in Banner

Hi, I am new to the XOOPS Project. I just recently took over a gaming website and they are using the default XOOPS page. I have added several themes, but still am interested in getting rid of the XOOPS link and Image on the banner. I have managed to fix all the other small little errors and modifications, but this one is stumping me. Any help will be grateful.

If using XOOPS 2.2, go to admin menu > misc tools > banners and you can configure banners and banner clients from there

I am using the older version of XOOPS 2.

This will turn the banner off. Version - 2.0.13

System Admin>Preferences>General Settings>Activate banner ads?

The Website is running Version 2.0.9.2, ecerything is working grea but that link in the ganner is like a bad itch. I have everything waiting to go in, but that link is preventing anything from looking nice. Any help with removing this link will be bery helpful.
