id headerbanner no longer contains bg color for the header

The background color of the header for the default theme can be found and adjusted in this line of the style.css:

table.toptable {border-left: 1px solid #aca899;border-right: 1px solid #aca899;background-color: #2F5376;}

Just thought I'd save people the search for it...
