Javascript error on Admin page

I've just installed XOOPS 2.2
I've installed the ExtendProfiles
I've installed CBB 2.2

When I try to expand the System menu, the Extended Profiles menu expands, then I receive the following error:
Line: 33
Char: 3
Error: Object required
Code: 0
url: http://.../admin/admin_permissions.php

Any ideas?

Also, is there any way I can assist in upgrading modules to the new version?

Problem was having X2t or Xmt set as the theme for admin.
Managed to get it back to default via SQL and all was fine again.
