problems after 2.2 upgrade

i just upgraded to 2.2 my admin section is showing 0 members the modules admin is showing the system as 1.01 version and each time i try to update it it fails. how do i fix these problems. when doing the upgrade i forgot to turn on php debug and the submit button was pressed twice by accident how can i correct these problems without deleting the site.

**bump** this is something i really need help on i don't want to have to rebuild the site. can some1 please help me.

ifixed it i had to manually edit the database to correct someof the issues but it worked and i am a happy boy now.
