Okay I need some heavy hitters to help me solve this one. I just installed a fresh copy of XOOPS 2.2 (latest release) and the last known release of XoopsGallery 1.33 for download. Followed the directions to the T, with permissions on the dirs, files, and uploading everything in binary mode. And Tried both NEW and Older Versions of NetPBM from suggestions from other on forums, both with no good results.

I found two similar threads here and here that come close to this problem but when I follow the directions perfectly it still comes up with the following error when I get the admin panel I click on check NetPBM I get these errors.( althought I have noticed I get 127 at the end instead of 225 as it show in the forum post, but I do not know what that means).

Now here is what is so strange, I loaded the NORMAL Gallery program in the home directory of the website as it does in the normal install and it sees the NetPBM files perfectly in the normal /usr/bin directories, so it seems the problem is something to do with XoopsGallery ONLY!! not with the files...as we know the permissions, binary, and locations are prefect due to the original gallery working. So it must be something with the XoopsGallery version remaking the path or something in the module code.

Anyway, I really could use some help troubleshooting this one, I even setup the same test site so everybody can play around and see if they can fix it on there own. Send me a note if you want to take a look at it and I send you the URL info and the admin login..for the play test site. Or if you got an idea let me know...
