I lost my administration panel

after doing some creation of module and blocks and templates, I lost my administration panel, I am new to xoops. Actually, I just downloaded the newest version, I also tried the previous version and works fine with me, I dont know where my administration panel went... Please help me guys. Thanks! and if its ok, can you send me a MANUAL or DOCUMENTATION of the newest version. XOOPS really rocks! Thank you!

The admin panel has changed in the newest XOOPS. See the XOOPS 2.2 Flash Tour will show the new layout of the administration control panel.
