Multimenu cause 9x or more of id=mainmenu, how can I fix this?

When you check my site with w3.org, it says that main menu is already specified.

The problem I think is multimenu?
It uses it more then once, where can I edit this so each has a diffrent id?

mainmenu1 .2.3.4 ect?
