XcGallery thumbnails?

In my XcGallery recently installed i get the thumbnails and intermediate picture " blue " in color.

how can i fix that?

i had this and i came down to selecting the right option for creating thumbnails, depends on your server setup, i just set minew on to GD thumbnails(i think) and it came good.

theres 2 or three options in the admin side...image magic etc one of them will do it for you, the default does not do the job properly.
