We're looking for a way to run a support site based on a forum, where new posts go into a holding area and have to be approved by moderators (our staff) before they hit the forum - this ensures that nothing gets 'missed' by our support staff, whilst letting them pick and choose which items to respond to.

Is newbb2 able to do this / is there another module which can?
