I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition environment in which I have intalled MySQL v4.1.12a, PHP v5.0.4 and XOOPS v2.0.13. Everything seemed to go as it should, I followed the instructions for each appplication to the letter. Now I'm to the point where I've placed the html directory's contents in my site root. According to the XOOPS setup instructions, I'm supposed to go to my site now (http://www.nshlan.com) and the setup will start but when I go to hy site I receive the error message below. Any suggestions? I'm totally new to this stuff.

That hotfix does not apply to me since I am running Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1. I contacted Microsoft and they stated that issue is only present in pre-SP1 environments.
