It seems that GIJOE vanished from surface of the web? Do anyone know what's happened? His website is down and his Tiny-D module does not exist in the module repository.

http://www.peak.ne.jp/xoops/ seems to be working fine ... he was on just over a week ago

His site is not down. I just visited it. And to quote this news item from there:
