Which forum to choose for my upcomming web site, CBB or Invision Power Board or Newbb ?
I mean which is best [nice looking, stable, fast, cool options]

CBB is the improved version of Newbb2, which is the improved version of Newbb

So really there's either IPB or CBB.

I went with CBB just because it is what will be "cored" with future xoops, I believe. (If cored is that best way to explain it).
