I would like to see a news module with the following function:

An "Extended text" filed for each group on the page. So everybody can see the main news text but then when they look at the full, detailed news post they get different text depending on what groups they belong to.. This is the main function I am interested in but a function to set group permission for news fields would also be a good thing.. That way visitors can see certain news and webmasters can see other ones, etc.. I think this would be a nice function to add to the news module..

With the AMS module you can set audience levels based on groups.

I have tested the AMS and its halfway there or so..

This modification would be a great thing:

1. I post an article, the info of the article is shown to the default audience. Then, when you click "read more..", depending on what audience group you belong to, you get a different text for each audience group..

I am building a vampire the masquerade homepage and I want general news to be posted on the page and depeding on what clan you are (group) you get access to certain information.. If this explains it better..
